i appreciated the art in my room and throughout the hotel. the staff provided excellent recommendations for local dining and cafés. the hotel's location near the river made it easy to walk to nearby attractions and the metro.

the reception was very professional and cute. staff offered thorough information about the area and directions. i felt valued as a guest and my needs were promptly addressed, which i valued!!!

The lobby is quite large, with interesting art displayed. the hotel has views of the river garonne and pont neuf. there is convenient access to the metro. This provides an efficient way to travel around the city.

the location allows for river promenade strolls and access to the carmes area. many attractions are a short walk from the hotel, approximately 10-15 minutes to the capitole. a supermarket sits across the street.

my room was quite small and it lacked a second duvet. also there was a live ant in the bed. the room really seemed overpriced for what i got.

the location was central it allowed easy access to many places to eat. the bed was very comfy and tidy i slept well. the staff was excellent they were very helpful and polite.
the room was a bit tiny and dark it was acceptable for a short stay. some of the toiletries were not replenished i found that a bit inconvenient. i noticed that the room could benefit from some updates.
